Did I do something wrong? Help?

you didn't do anything wrong. if you have ever had sexual intercourse with him then he may have wanted to see you with your underwear, but he also may want to have sex. BUT you certainly did nothing wrong, you don't do things you are uncomfortable with and he should respect that if he really loves you! i mean you are only 14 there is plenty of time for sex, but maybe you need a little communication! :)
