Am i permanently drunk?

Last night i drank with a friend and didnt have too much.But it was enough to get me pretty messed up.i rarely drink.Now,its the day after and im sick because my girlfriend got me sick.Ive been having body aches,coughing,and dizziness.Im scared the dizziness is from the alcohol ): I had about 3 beers and about 4 shots.Now i cannot focus and theres always a little spin.Is it possible to become permanently drunk? is it also possible to become permanently drunk with the amount of alcohol i consumed? Or am i dizzy only because i'm sick?
